VOTING AT CLUB

Voting will take place at the Club from Saturday, 19 May 2012 until Wednesday, 23 May 2012 inclusive between the hours of 12.00 noon and 7.00pm. Eligible members must produce their current membership card in order to receive a ballot paper.

Counting of votes will take place at the Club, commencing at 7.00pm Wednesday, 23 May 2012.  The method of voting will be First Past the Post using Crosses or Ticks.  Members must vote for the exact number to be elected.  Any enquiries concerning this election should be directed to Jill Johnson of the NSW Electoral Commission, telephone (02) 9290 5403.
